Open the file in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all work). No installation needed.

Complete the 3-step setup: enter your company EIN and add your first shareholder. Takes about two minutes.

Export a JSON backup from the Export tab and store it with your tax records. This is your safety net if you clear your browser data.
